AI isn't the hard part. Getting it to stick with the humans who use it is.

I build light-footprint AI workflows that absorb the operational busywork burying lean teams — and the go-to-market architecture that makes AI actually land in complex, low-trust markets. 25 years scaling commercial systems at Google, HP, Logitech and Samsung. Now building.

/ the friction

Where is the work leaking out of your week?

if you run a lean team

You're losing 10–15 hours a week to busywork.

Admin, follow-ups, data shuffling, the same mechanical tasks on repeat. None of it needs you specifically — but all of it is stealing the hours you'd spend on the judgment only you can provide. The cost isn't the tasks. It's the strategy that never gets done.

if you're scaling a product

Your AI stalls at the last mile.

EdTech or enterprise: the model works in the demo and dies in the field. Compliance-heavy procurement, low user trust, channels that won't adopt. The technology is fine — nobody uses it.

Both are the same failure underneath: the technology was built without designing for the humans who have to live with it.

/ the framework

AI × HI. The × is multiplication, not balance.

I don't use AI to replace the human touch. I use it to automate the mechanical so your people can scale the things that don't: judgment, intuition, relationship. That's the multiplier — and it's the half most AI builders skip.

Twenty-five years moving markets at Fortune 100 scale taught me how technology actually lands commercially — who adopts it, who quietly kills it, what makes a rollout stick versus stall. Building the model is the easy 20%. Designing for the human on the other end is the 80% that decides whether your investment returns anything.

So every system I build answers two questions, not one. Does it work technically? And will the person on the other end actually use it, trust it, and change how they work because of it?

what I build with

n8n, Claude, MCP connectors, voice-agent frameworks, no-code builders. I don't write production code — I design the workflow architecture, the business logic, and the adoption path, and the tools generate the build. The value was never the syntax. It's knowing which system to build, for which bottleneck, at which point in the human journey.

Two ways I plug in

01 · for founders & lean teams

Bespoke Workflow & Agent Architecture

I deconstruct your operational friction and build custom, light-footprint AI workflows that absorb the busywork — lead handling, follow-up, admin, knowledge retrieval — and hand you back 10–15 hours a week for the work only you can do. Proof first: we start with your single highest-friction process and build one workflow that pays for itself.

AI-GTM & Commercial Strategy Advisory

I fix the last mile: distribution that stalls, the commodity trap, AI deployments that won't get adopted. Go-to-market architecture designed around how your buyers and users actually behave — trust infrastructure, channel enablement, and a procurement-aware motion that turns a working product into a used one.

Proof, not a portfolio

The commercial track record the AI half stands on — numbers I'll defend.

$350M→$500M

Grew HP enterprise supplies revenue in two years via a contractual model the company had never run.

$100M+

Multi-year managed-services agreements across APAC — one of HP APJ's fastest-growing recurring lines.

9% → 21%

Took a Samsung product line to 21% share in just over a year through pricing and portfolio strategy.

10+ countries

Architected Google's Chromebook Plus regional launch; contributed to 40% YoY Education growth.

commercial deployment

Gurugl

AI-native learning infrastructure deployed into complex, low-trust K-12 environments using the same GTM playbooks I ran at HP and Google. 700+ students, 500+ parents — distribution and trust engineered, not assumed.

/ about

Who's behind this

Farrukh Kazi. 25 years across Google, HP, Logitech and Samsung — most of it scaling commercial systems across Asia-Pacific. I learned how technology actually wins markets: not by being the best product, but by being the one people adopt and trust. Now I build AI systems with that human-adoption layer designed in from the start, not bolted on after it fails. I work best under pressure, with a clear goal and a real deadline. Based in Singapore, working globally.
